Out and About: Wyeth Promama Launch

2 months lag… who cares? Nail It! has been nothing but awesome for the past few months, participating in events and activities here and there— so much, that we have a hard time documenting every move real time! Thanks to the long weekend, I was able to go over all of the events I’ve gone to over the past months.

Wyeth launched a new product made specifically for pregnant women called Promama. Celebrity moms were interviewed on their thoughts about pregnancy. I gave a short talk on finding a good nail salon. I don’t usually have stage fright but I must say, it was quite awkward standing in front of a mall crowd especially in front of pregnant women with moods you can’t predict. What scared me is the fact that I’m no whiz when it comes to nail care unless it means memorizing polish names, and that it was my first big project with Nail It!. Luckily, I was able to elicit good response from the audience and the whole event went smoothly.

We gave free services prioritizing expectant mothers from morning to evening. The turnout was so overwhelming, there were so many people even after the program. Many women wanted to try our services so those who weren’t accommodated were given gift certificates to our Glorietta branch.
